Where every stay feels like coming home
Villa Medvidići is a traditional Istrian stone house, more than a hundred years old, carefully restored in 2015 using authentic materials and preserving its original rustic charm. Located in the quiet village of Medvidići, near Sveti Lovreč, the villa offers privacy, comfort and a peaceful setting for a relaxing holiday in Istria.
Surrounded by greenery, olive trees, flowers and Mediterranean herbs, Villa Medvidići is designed for guests who wish to slow down and enjoy time with family and friends. The spacious garden covers approximately 1,400 m² and features a private 32 m² swimming pool, sun loungers, a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs, and an outdoor barbecue area. Fresh rosemary and basil from the garden are at your disposal, perfect for preparing simple summer meals and enjoying long evenings outdoors. On the ground floor, the villa has a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is also one beautifully decorated bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate entrance from outside the house, offering extra privacy. On the first floor, there are two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom also has a small romantic balcony. For your comfort, air conditioning is available in every bedroom and in the living room. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a stress-free stay, whether you are spending lazy days by the pool, preparing meals together, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet of the village. Villa Medvidići is only a 15-minute drive from Poreč and the sea, making it an ideal choice for guests who want to enjoy the calm of the Istrian countryside while still being close to beaches, restaurants and popular coastal towns such as Poreč and Rovinj. Villa Medvidići is a family-owned holiday home, and we are always happy to help with anything you may need during your stay. As a small welcome gesture, our guests can enjoy homemade rakija and wine from our own production — a simple taste of local Istrian hospitality.

"Beautiful property in a quiet location in an Istrian village. Ideal for families and anyone looking for peace and relaxation. The garden with pool and carport is beautifully arranged. The owners are very hospitable. The rooms are very clean and equipped with everything you need. The main road and shops are only 5–10 minutes away by car, while Poreč can be reached in about 15–20 minutes. We, 4 adults and 2 children, felt completely at home and can wholeheartedly recommend this house!"

"What a lovely house. Everything is neat, well maintained, and beautifully cared for. The hosts are very kind and always respond quickly. The pool with jacuzzi was a real blessing in the warm weather. The owner surprised us with home-grown tomatoes, peppers, and zucchini, as well as a bottle of wine and grappa. All rooms have air conditioning, and the bedrooms have comfortable beds. The bathrooms are all very clean. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. We had a wonderful holiday in a beautiful place. Definitely recommended."
